Republic of Serbia Has Concluded an Agreement on the Recognition of Vaccination

Belarusian citizens of the Republic of Serbia with a complete paper certificate of vaccination against covid-19 can enter Belarus without having to present a negative PCR test. Full vaccination should be carried out at least one month, but not more than 12 months before entering Belarus. The certificate must contain the first and last name and the date of receipt of the final dose. The certificate must be issued in Belarusian, Russian or English. Citizens of the Republic of Serbia who do not have a complete vaccination against Covid-19 can enter Belarus if they present a negative PCR test in Belarusian, Russian or English.

The test results must not be more than 72 hours old and must include the first and last name of the holder and the result of the analysis. Test results must be presented at the state border. Without the said document, the traveler is not allowed to enter Belarus. All foreign citizens, including citizens of the Republic of Serbia, are allowed to enter the Republic of Belarus without mandatory self-isolation. Entry into Belarus by land (car, train, bus) is temporarily suspended, and citizens of the Republic of Serbia are allowed to enter only through Minsk International Airport. Persons travelling for professional reasons are exempt and can cross land borders with a letter of invitation from a legal entity registered in Belarus. The letter of invitation or a copy must be in paper form. Letters of invitation from legal entities of Belarus relating to tourist or rehabilitation visits do not allow entry into the Republic by land. Restrictions on entry into Belarus by land, rail and river do not apply to foreign citizens who are the spouses, parents or children of citizens of Belarus, nor to foreigners with regulated permanent or temporary residence, foreigners holding a Belarusian work permit, students and foreigners entering for medical reasons. The above restrictions also do not apply to crews of motor vehicles engaged in international transport activities in road and postal transport, as well as to crews of ships, aircraft and trains (with all necessary documents and certificates).

Minors (national or foreign citizens) aged 12 to 18 years may test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus or a negative FIA rapid antigen test, i.e. enter the Republic of Serbia without a vaccination certificate or certificate of the disease overcome if, within 48 hours of crossing the State border, they submit to the territorially competent Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Serbia either an RT-PCR test, or an antigenic test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus issued by the reference laboratory of the Republic of Serbia. EGYPT Citizens of the Republic of Serbia may enter Egypt. Vaccinated people do not need a PCR test. You can enter with a vaccination certificate, which is certified with a QR code. People who are not vaccinated can enter with a negative PCR test authenticated with a QR code. IRANIAN citizens of the Republic of Serbia can enter the IR of Iran with a full vaccination certificate and a negative PCR test (between 48 and 72 hours at the time of arrival). The competent authorities may carry out an additional PCR on arrival at the traveller`s expense.

Travelers who have stayed in high-risk countries (Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and South Africa) in the past 15 days are not allowed to enter Iran. Travellers who have travelled to the UK, Norway, Denmark or France in the last 15 days will need to present the previously mentioned Covid documents and pass a PCR test. The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use will only make a positive recommendation if the evidence convincingly demonstrates that the benefits of vaccination outweigh the risks of the vaccine. SPAIN Citizens of the Republic of Serbia may enter the Kingdom of Spain if they belong to one of the following categories: persons holding a full vaccination certificate (at least 14 days have elapsed since receipt of the second dose) with one of the vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the WHO; – In case of special justified need for “substantial” travel in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of the Interior of the Kingdom of Spain No INT/657/2020 of 17 July 2020. In such cases, a person must contact the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in the Republic of Serbia to obtain special permission. .
